At Runway Hit Jewelry, we want you to sparkle with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition and include the signature gift packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or new exchange item will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
